Documents constituting a building permit file
Any citizen wishing to erect a building, repair an old building or carry out repairs is required to obtain a building permit.

- Receipt of personal income tax or corporation tax return. (5 isotopes)
- Certificate of redemption of rights deducted from the owner.
- A technical study of the thermal efficiency of buildings intended for collective housing and buildings intended for offices whose surface area exceeds 500 square meters, drawn up by an architect or a design office and approved by an approved control office by the Ministry of Equipment and Housing.
- Introductory note (2 pairs).
