As part of the consecration of the principle of administrative transparency and the guarantee of the right of persons to access administrative documents and to be aware of the activities of public structures, the fundamental law n ° 22 of 2016 of March 24, 2016 on access to information has been published, and Decree No. 41 of 2011 of 26 May 2011 on access to administrative documents has been published and includes measures and mechanisms related to this subject.
Any public entity is required to publish to the public, on its website, various data and administrative documents, in addition to allowing any natural or legal person to have access to administrative documents which are not affected by the publication that they are not included in the list of documents excluded from access to them, by the reconstruction of a publication. Prepared for this purpose.
In application of Decree No. 41 of 2011, the municipality of Tunis publishes the documents and data relating to the publication, in order to ensure public access.
